join this group to experience kabbalah. this is not a kabbalah lesson, you will not learn kabbalah there. (i know nothing about kabbalah myself) but you will surely experience the benefits of kabbalah. the rabbi is a real master, so very suttle; one minute you are just sitting down and listening and participating, the next minute you feel yourself slipping away and you just let it happen. your state of mind changes form conscious to slightly less than conscious, like a semi pseudo dream state of mind, but you are in total control of it all, and direct it as if it were your own movie. the rabbi is the guide in general, taking you to a certain peaceful place, and then you fill in the blanks with your own thoughts, memories, emotions, etc. you dont have to be jewish to experience this, but i guess it helps. if your a jewish guy, bring a yarmulka, or upon entry take one from the box. if you get there early, there is coffee and tea if you want. please introduce yourself to seth / others.

The music along sung by Cantor Moti Fuchs along with everyone joining in as one helps channel many energies of healing, rejuvination and love. This has spiritually uplifted all of us to higher levels of consciousness enabling us to become closer with healing energy of heart, mind and spirit. We have tapped this energy before, but even more successfully this evening. Many people who want to utilize Kaballah meditation through the route of Jewish musical chant and energy channeling have benefited and will continue to benefit from this group.
